Q. How do I get a service?
A. By completing an application form and sending it
to our offices, or you prefer call us on
01592 653344 or email us for more information.

Q. What will I be charged?
A. You will be assessed for your service(s) and
advised of the cost by your support assistant
before agreeing to commence your service.
Charge lists for our range of services are
available on request by telephone.

Q. Where do you buy my shopping?
A. Our Support Assistants use the Supermarkets
and shops in your local area.

Q. How do I pay?
A. You can pay your support assistant in cash along
with your shopping transactions. If you receive
housework support you may prefer to set up a
standing order.

Q. How often is the service provided?
A. It is up to you and can be discussed with a
Service Manager when you make an application.
