Shopping Service

We will carry out a weekly shopping service for you. Our staff will collect your shopping list on the same day
and same time of each week. We will shop for your groceries in the nearest major supermarket.

Please discuss with
your driver directly if you have a specific choice of store and they will do their upmost best to accommodate you.

Keysafe Fit Service

We offer a reliable key safe fitting service to provide secure, convenient access to your home. Our friendly team will come out and professionally install your new key safe, ensuring it's easy to use and secure. We’ll also take the time to walk you and anyone involved in your care through how to use it, giving you peace of mind that your home is safely accessible when needed. Perfect for elderly or vulnerable residents, our key safe fitting service is designed with your security and convenience in mind.

Befriending Service

This service is designed to provide individuals with a companion. This allows for our support workers to accompany you to appointments, one to one support within your home and taking you out on outings to reduce social isolation.

It is our responsibility to provide you with an experienced, responsible support worker.

Each of our workers undergo a National criminal background check and ongoing training. Our Staff at Fife Shopping & Support Services are carefully chosen as people who have a passion to help others. He or she is someone who truly enjoys their role as a support worker and companion for an elderly or disabled person who needs their help.

Removal Service

We are providing a removal service to elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults throughout Fife. We were made aware of clients struggling to move house, move items to the curb for the bulky uplift. Unfortunately they were often unable to rely on these individuals, were given high prices or could not verify their validity.

This service will allow elderly, disabled and vulnerable adults throughout Fife to be able to receive the support needed to be able to transfer their items from one point to another, knowing that it is taken care of.

Housework Service

Your support worker is here to help with general household tasks, so you can relax and focus on other things! They’ll be happy to assist with hoovering, dusting, and keeping your kitchen and bathroom tidy, including cleaning floors and worktops. Need your bed changed or some laundry done? They've got it covered.

Please note that unfortunately our FS&SS staff aren’t able to carry out deep cleaning tasks, move heavy furniture or appliances, reach high places, or handle any bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or faeces. If you require more specialised cleaning, feel free to contact our office - we’d be happy to recommend trusted cleaning services in your area.

Grass Cutting Service

We are offering a reliable and trustworthy Grass Cutting Service.

This service is specifically designed to keep lawns tidy and manageable for frail, elderly, or disabled individuals living at home.

Please not that unfortunately this service will be a grass cutting and strimming service only, meaning that our FS&SS staff are unable to do any gardening.

To get a quote and to book to get your grass cut, please contact the office or use the contact form located on the website. Someone in the office will then contact you with the quote and when you would like it booked in.
